1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "betjeb", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the betjeb platform accessible at betjeb.bet.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or otherwise accesses the betjeb platform.
• "Platform" refers to the betjeb website, all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, games, betting markets, payment systems, and customer support channels.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on betjeb.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and credited to their Account for use in wagers.

• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the time zone used for all time-sensitive provisions in these terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the betjeb platform, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The betjeb platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. betjeb enforces this requirement rigorously. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification of identity. betjeb cooperates fully with applicable oversight bodies in cases of underage gambling.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on betjeb. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent platform ban. 3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. betjeb may request documentation to verify your identity, address, age, and payment methods at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time will result in account restriction or closure. betjeb is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.4 Account Security

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available only to fully verified accounts. To initiate a withdrawal, your account must have completed identity verification (KYC), the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of ৳500, and any applicable wagering requirements attached to your balance must have been satisfied. betjeb targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for standard amounts via bKash and Nagad. Larger withdrawals may require additional review and may take up to 24 hours.

4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method

For the purposes of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, betjeb reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. betjeb may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, betjeb may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by betjeb carry a wagering requirement. This means the Bonus Balance — and in some cases the combined Real Money and Bonus Balance — must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagers placed on games excluded from bonus play do not count towards wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

betjeb employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Patterns that betjeb considers abusive include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors or promotions in a manner not intended by betjeb, using low-risk or hedged betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, and sharing accounts to benefit from the same promotional offer. betjeb reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, restrict accounts, or close accounts entirely where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Expiry

All bonuses and free spin credits expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds or spins that expire will be removed from your account without compensation. It is your responsibility to be aware of the expiry terms of any bonus you accept.

6 Games and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Availability

betjeb reserves the right to void bets, reverse winnings, and close accounts where prohibited practices are identified. betjeb's determination of whether a bet constitutes prohibited practice is final.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betjeb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or reliance on information provided on the platform.

betjeb does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of malicious software. betjeb will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors outside its direct control, including third-party infrastructure failures, internet service disruptions, and force majeure events.

10 Termination and Account Closure

betjeb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Engagement in prohibited betting practices as defined in Section 6.4;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player against betjeb.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting betjeb support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of outstanding wagering obligations will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of betjeb, you must contact betjeb's customer support team in the first instance, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. betjeb aims to respond to all formal disputes within 5 business days of receipt.

Disputes relating to game outcomes must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant game round or event. betjeb's decision on all game-outcome disputes, following review of relevant system logs and game data, is final and binding. Disputes submitted outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.
